How do I get started with AcuAppraise?
Getting started is easy! Sign up for a free account (3 lifetime valuations), complete your profile, and you can start running property valuations immediately.
What information do I need to provide for accurate valuations?
For the best results, provide property address, square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, property type, age, and any recent renovations. Photos of the property exterior and interior also help improve analysis quality.
How accurate are AcuAppraise valuations?
AcuAppraise produces AI-assisted estimates with comparable sales context and explainable drivers. Reliability depends on region, property type, and data quality — we do not publish hard accuracy percentages. Estimates are decision-support tools (not formal appraisals). See /methodology for a plain-language overview.
Can I use AcuAppraise for commercial properties?
Currently, AcuAppraise is optimized for residential properties. Commercial property support is on the roadmap.
How often are property values updated?
Each valuation uses the comparable inventory and model configuration available at the time you run it. Re-run a valuation when you want to refresh results after new comps are imported or market data changes.
What report formats are available?
AcuAppraise generates professional PDF reports with clear disclaimers. You can also export data formats where available, or integrate via our API.
Can I customize report branding?
Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans include custom branding options. You can add your logo, company colors, and contact information to all reports.
Which CRM systems does AcuAppraise integrate with?
We integrate with major CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Chime, and Top Producer. We also offer a REST API for custom integrations.
How do I connect my MLS access?
Comparable sales can be imported into your market inventory. Direct live MLS board feeds depend on your brokerage licensing and configuration — contact us for setup options.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Free includes 3 lifetime valuations/reports. Premium is 500 valuations per month. Contact support to upgrade or change plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. Free accounts start immediately with 3 lifetime valuations; Premium unlocks 500 valuations per month.
What browsers are supported?
AcuAppraise works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit) and design the product with Canadian privacy principles (PIPEDA) in mind. We are not claiming SOC 2 Type II certification at this time.
