How do I upgrade from Free to Premium?
Self-serve billing is not live yet. Create a free account, then email [email protected] with the address you registered. We upgrade your plan manually—usually the same business day. In-app checkout is planned.
What counts as a report?
Each AI-generated property valuation counts as one report. Viewing or downloading existing reports does not consume quota.
Do Free tier reports expire?
No. Your 3 free reports are lifetime — they do not reset monthly.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit) and design the product with Canadian privacy principles (PIPEDA) in mind.
How Premium upgrade works today
